Join us on Saturdays from 9:30am-10:45am for Yoga for Beginners.
Students will be introduced to classical yoga poses in a supportive environment. You will learn to carry out movements and postures safely, to ensure strength and flexibility development without injury or undue physical stress. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes to begin yoga; come give it a try and discover what all of the excitement is about.
